Product Description
Polyether is prepared by addition polymerization of an initiator (a compound containing an active hydrogen group) with EO, propylene oxide (PO) and EO,BOin the presence of a catalyst.
The largest yield of polyether is glycerol (glycerol) as the starting agent and epoxide (generally PO and EO combined), by changing the way of PO and EO feeding (mixed or separate adding), adding ratio, adding order and other conditions, to produce a variety of general polyether polyols. Polyether (polyether polyol) is an important derivative of propylene oxide and one of the main raw materials for the synthesis of polyurethane.

Product Application
Polyether polyols' major use is in polyurethane foams. Flexible foams are primarily used in cushioning applications such as furniture, bedding and car seats, and in carpet underlay. Rigid foam's largest consumer is the construction industry where it is mostly used for insulation. Rigid foam is also used in commercial refrigeration and packaging. Smaller uses for polyether polyols include elastomers, adhesives and sealants, surface coatings and polyurethane fibres.

Storage
YC series polyethers for rigid foams and elastomers, coatings and adhesives are packaged in a 55-gallon standard iron drum. Store polyether in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Prevent rain, sun; Avoid rain, exposure and collision during transportation.
