Sodium hydrosulfide is an inorganic compound, the chemical formula is NaHS, is a white crystalline powder, soluble in water and alcohol, used in the dye industry for the synthesis of organic intermediates and preparation of sulfide dyes, in the leather industry for raw skin hair removal and tanning leather, in the fertilizer industry for the removal of activated carbon desulfurizer monomer sulfur, in the mining industry is widely used in copper ore processing. It is used in the production of artificial fibers for sulfite dyeing.
