Product Appearance: Scale-like, micro-fine paste metal material.

Appearance Features: Taking high purity metallic zinc as raw material and adopting self-developed mechanical chemical activation, method technology, we produce flake metallic zinc coating materials with different specifications. The flake, pressed and filtered and uniformly mixed, and prepared into standard zinc slurry state with solid content of about 90% and solvent content of about 10% which is characterised by slow settling, long time of salt spray and qood dispersibility.

Advantages: High purity zinc/Reqular shaped/Large diameter-thickness ratio;The anti corrosive coating made from the zinc flake paste has good performance in corrosive resistance, no oxygen brittle, higher permeability, higher adhesion, higher anti-friction, higher weather resistance, higher chemical resistance and stability, as well as environment friendly with no pollution, what's more, for the same salt spray/anti-corrosion effect, it reduces the consumption zinc and saves the cost.

Mainly used :In zinc-rich coatings,Dacromet, Diamet and other coating technology and zinc chrome yellow coating solution development and production, cars, radar, warships, tanks, auto parts, pylons and other surface treatment spraying are used in scale zinc slurry.
