5,Character:It is colorless or white crystalline or granule, no smell. Soluble in water 0ºC 41.22g,25ºC 43.47g,100ºC 50.42g.Insoluble in ethanol and acetone.PH is 5.5. Relative density is 1.77.
6,Usage: According to GB 2760-2011, it could be used as processing aid (only used as nutrient for fermentation). It also could be used as dough regulator and yeast food. In the fresh yeast production, it's used as the nitrogen source for yeast cultivation (Dosage is not specified.). Dosage is about 10% (about 0.25% of wheat powder) for yeast nutrient in bread. 7,Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer.
